The Make Room Whiteboard Sessions are immersive, relational gatherings designed to help pastors build their churches, teams and vision through inspiring and practical teaching, intentional breakout sessions and times of connection with like-minded leaders. The Whiteboard Sessions provide an excellent and hospitable environment for Lead Pastors and their teams to connect and learn from Pastor John Siebeling and The Life Church Team about topics like church culture, leadership and staff development, expansion, growing generosity, and more.
The Whiteboard Sessions are designed in a "boutique" conference format to allow you time to build relationships with others and grow your life and ministry in a refreshing way.
For our upcoming session, we are encouraging Lead Pastors to bring their entire teams! There will be multiple breakout sessions including content focused on:
- Recruiting and Retaining High-Level Volunteers
- Next Gen Ministry with Lasting Fruit
- Cultivating a Culture of Generosity
- Dynamic and Excellent Weekend Services

We are excited to have Chad Veach and Manny Arango join Pastor John and The Life Church Team for this experience as well. Pastor Chad is the founder and lead pastor of Zoe Church in Los Angeles. He's an international speaker, author and leader. Pastor Manny is a teaching pastor at Social Dallas in Irving, Texas. He's a gifted communicator, author and teacher of God's Word.
We will also be hosting Revival Nights in the evenings following the daytime sessions alongside our whole church where you will experience world-class services, encouraging messages, and incredible worship with musical guest Israel Houghton.
