The Make Room Whiteboard Sessions are immersive, relational gatherings designed to help pastors build their churches, teams, and vision through inspiring and practical teaching, intentional breakout sessions, and times of connection with like-minded leaders. The Whiteboard Sessions provide an excellent and hospitable environment for lead pastors and their teams to connect and learn from Pastor John Siebeling and The Life Church Team on topics like church culture, leadership and staff development, expansion, growing generosity, and more.

The Whiteboard Sessions are designed in a “boutique” conference format to allow you time to build relationships with others, be refreshed, and grow your life and ministry.

Who is able to attend Make Room Whiteboard Sessions?

Make Room Whiteboard Sessions are open to lead pastors and church staff who want to grow their leadership potential and further develop the church. The Whiteboard Sessions best serve growing churches that are experiencing an average weekly attendance of 250 or more.

I’m on staff at a church. Does my lead pastor need to attend with me?

While we strongly recommend lead pastors attend with their staff, Make Room is open to individual team members without their lead pastor.

Should I attend a Make Room Whiteboard Session if I’ve already attended?

Absolutely! Our Whiteboard Sessions are packed with fresh, relevant content. Each time you attend, you will hear something new to apply in your church. This experience is designed to build relationships, and we hope that you’ll leave with friends to collaborate with in ministry.

What is the cost to attend?

The cost to attend is $200 per person.

I’m a lead pastor. Is my spouse able to attend with me?

We would love for your spouse to attend with you. If your spouse will be attending, please be sure to include them in your registration.
