Financial Summit

The Make Room Financial Summit is designed to take a deep dive into all things related to finances at your church. Led by Senior Pastor, John Siebeling, Executive Pastor, Mundo Meneses, and Generosity and Vision Partners Director, Stephen Lynch, you will walk away from this summit with a game plan and playbook to take back and start implementing at your church.

During the summit, we will cover topics including but not limited to:

  • Vision and building campaigns
  • Starting and developing a clear strategy for a high-capacity giving ministry
  • Creating an effective budgeting system for long-term success
  • Managing performance through data and reports
  • Reviewing and integrating systems that work
  • Working your annual calendar
  • Hiring strategy and how to scale it

To make sure we are best meeting the needs of our attendees, we will contact each church prior to the event to make sure we dig deeper on specific topics/challenges being faced.

The Financial Summit is open to CFOs and Lead Pastors. Additionally, each church attending may bring an additional two members to the event. We strongly encourage Lead Pastors to accompany their CFOs. Since we will be discussing topics that may lead to organizational or strategic changes, we believe having the Lead Pastor present will significantly increase the value of this event for your church.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Make Room Financial Summit is open to church CFOs and their Senior Pastors. You may also bring up to two additional staff members from your finance team. We strongly encourage both the CFO and Senior Pastor to attend together.

  • $2,500 for CFO only
  • $2,500 for CFO and Senior Pastor (Senior Pastor included at no charge)
  • $250 for every additional team member (up to two)

In addition to the resources provided during the event, your registration will also cover the cost of all meals and a one-hour follow-up Zoom call with Pastor Mundo Meneses and Stephen Lynch. Each church will also be provided with a playbook that will include samples and templates for reports, calendars, notes, message and email copy to send to top givers, thank you notes, letters, outlines for vision partner events, and more. Please note that lodging and transportation to the event are not included.

Yes! Your registration includes a one-hour follow-up Zoom call with Pastor Mundo Meneses and Stephen Lynch. However, if you would like additional 1-on-1 coaching or site visits, we can work with you to develop further personal training based on the needs of your team.

Though families are important to us, childcare will not be provided and the Financial Summit is an adult-only event.
